No implication. Explain in wiki it's origin and not exclusiveness to Megurine Luka.

To bump an old thread, I noticed today that takoluka has been changed to a general tag from a character tag, and it's bugging me. Takoluka is a character, regardless of how the meme may have evolved. Was the change made official (maybe I missed a forum thread), or did someone change it on their own?
No such thread. Actually, I don't see a conclusion in this thread either. Hazuki wanted it to stay as a character tag a year ago and no one ever replied.
What exaclty is the difference between any character being a yukkuri and any character being a takoluka. Yukkuri started as a meme from 2 characters hakurei_reimu and kirisame marisa whereas takoluka is from one character megurine luka.
If I imagine Ikamusume as head only, I certainly can't say if that is a yukkuri or a takoluka version (or both).
If the implication still existed, I'd say takoluka general, as there would be chartags:1 for one character in the picture, as it has been common to do for _(classic), _(young), _(cat/wolf/etc.).
As it is now, every character can be (a) takoluka. If takoluka is character, wouldn't it be fusion? If takoluka is not a character, the "luka" part in the tag name doesn't quite fit, since the character doesn't have to be Luka to be a Tako (see takoluka komeiji_koishi sometimes called Takoishi). Takoluka is not a copyrighted character who appears in anything other than memes, is she?
This is a catch 22 it should be general regardless of what we decide to do with the tag.
If we purge the non-luka takolukas it's the exact same situation at ex-keine, a character variant where the original character is tagged for every image, and should be general.
If we leave it as it is, not referring to a character but to a meme, it should be general.
