Nobody said Seath was her father. For example, her tail is fuzzy, Seath's tail is not. Now that's not a definitive reason, but just something to think about.

That's true, but the painting and the Duke's Archives are both in Anor Londo, and it's safe to assume that Gwyn and Co. didn't make Anor Londo until they took over and killed all of the dragons. That only leaves Seath and the Great Stone Dragon, and Priscilla resembles Seath more than she does Stoney.
That one......interesting speculation Priscilla,maybe if you don't drop dagger from your tail and soul, male protagonist suits you just fine. At least we don't drool!
While the stone dragon does have brown fur(I think) I was kinda thinking along the lines that maybe Priscilla might have been one of Seath's experiment during his research on the scales of immortality. Though I personally would never refer to her as an abomination.

This is another very possible idea and one I like very much as well.
I think her being called an abomination is because in the world of Dark Souls, nothing co-existed with the Dragons. So to have something that was half-human and half-dragon was tantamount to denying all that had happened in the past.
But yeah, she's way too cute to be called an abomination.
