I heard this was drawn by the original artist for Yugioh, any sources for that?

The original card artwork is from Kazuki Takahashi, the creator of Yu-Gi-Oh!
The picture here looks like a fanart to me, as the background is different

This artwork was originally planned for an anniversary release of Dark Magician Girl, but was instead used for the Xyz counterpart.

I also heard that the card never got a release on the western market since the creator doesn't want his art to be censored.
