First thing that came to my mind was Ika-chan.

This would be perfect if last panel was Alice saying "Good, now bugger off." with an annoyed face.

I don't think this is tsundere so much as it intentional bullying. Notice she gets more of a reaction from teary-eyed Marisa than affectionate Marisa. Remove tag?

Agreed. This is bullying at its finest, but not tsundere.
