Not every tanuki is Mamizou. Not every raccoon girl is a tanuki. Though this is likely a pun (Mami, Mami, harhar), I'm still a tag-what-you-see kind of guy. i.e. tomoe_mami+raccoon_tail+raccoon_ears.
