僕が布都ちゃんに妖夢さんが家に来て料理をすると言うと、「おお、昨日の、「」殿のご友人の妖夢・・・殿であるか？」うん、そう。妖夢さん。「そうか、そうか。とても楽しみぞ。「」殿の友人とは話がしてみたいしな」とうきうきとした様子の布都ちゃん。どうやら妖夢さんを歓迎してくれるみたいだ。良かった。夕方、僕と、妖夢さんはいつもの帰り道で合流した。妖夢さんは、両手に大きな袋を持っていた。どうやら食材がたんまりや器具が入っているらしい。律儀な彼女らしく、ご馳走をするなら、ちゃんとした物を作りたいという事なのだろう。かなり気合を入れてるんだね・・・もっと手軽なものでも良かったけど。ちょっと申し訳ないな・・・。「いえ、、料理は趣味みたいなものですから。むしろ、精一杯作った物を食べて貰えるって凄く嬉しいんですよ」とにこりと妖夢さんは笑った。僕は、妖夢さんに有難うと言って、妖夢さんの袋を一つ持った。(もう一つ持とうとしたけど、断られた)「ふふ、今日は期待して下さいね」と妖夢さんは僕の隣に歩を合わせて、僕らは肩を並べて自宅に戻った。「「」殿、おかえりなさいぞ。妖夢殿も一緒であるか。いらっしゃいぞ」帰宅早々、布都ちゃんが僕らに帰宅の挨拶をしてくれた。「・・・っ・・。はい、お邪魔します。「」さん、布都さん」妖夢さんは僕らに一礼すると家に上がった。「わぁ、結構、片付いているんですね。」妖夢さんは僕の家を見回す。うん、布都ちゃんが、僕が出ている間に片付けてくれたからね。「ふむ、当然の事をしたまでぞ」とドヤ顔で息を吐く布都ちゃん。「へぇ、そうですか・・・へぇ～・・・」妖夢さんは間を抜けた声を吐きながら僕の部屋を見ていた。そこで、布都ちゃんのお腹が鳴る。「あ・・・すまぬ、今日は妖夢殿が料理を作ってくれるそうだから、お昼を我慢していて・・・」布都ちゃんは顔を赤くする。「ふふ、早速ですから、今作りますよ。台所借りますね。「」さん達はゆっくりしていて下さい」と言って妖夢さんは台所に入り、「あ、妖夢殿、我も何か手伝うぞ」と布都ちゃんは妖夢さんの後を追った。台所からは「貴女は・・・大丈夫ですよ、「」さんと一緒に待っていて・・・、いえ、では、下ごしらえの手伝いを頼めますか。」「我にお任せを！」と二人の和気藹々とした声が聞こえる。どうやら、妖夢さんと会わせた事はいい方向に持っていけそうだと確信してわっふるわっふる

The next day, getting out of bed and eating breakfast as usual

I told Futo-chan that Youmu would be coming over to cook some food. "Oh, the Yo... Lady Youmu that you introduced the other day?" she asked. "Yep, that Youmu." "I see, I see. It sounds enjoyable. I wish to converse with my lord's friends," she boasted cheerfully. It seems she had accepted Youmu. That's good. That night, Youmu and I met along our usual route. Youmu was holding a big bag in each of her hands. They appeared to contain many ingredients and utensils. That was just like her. When she wants to make a feast, she really goes all out. It seems this time was no different... though I would have been satisfied with much less. I began to apologize, to which she replied, "No, cooking is somewhat of a hobby for me. It makes me really happy when people eat something I've put a lot of effort in to," she explained with a smile. I thanked her and took one of her bags (I offered to take the other, but she declined). "I hope you look forward to the meal," she giggled as we walked back to my house, shoulders in line.

"Welcome home, my lord. Is Lady Youmu with you as well? Please, come in," Futo-chan greeted us as soon as we walked in. "...Yes. Pardon my intrusion," she said, thanking us both as she entered. Looking around, she said, "Wow, this place is pretty tidy." "Yeah, Futo-chan cleans up while I'm gone." "I am only doing the obvious thing to do," Futo-chan added in with a smug grin and a triumphant puff of air. "Ehh, is that so? Ehhh..." Youmu uttered in an air-headed tone while looking around my room. Then, Futo-chan's stomach let out a growl. "Ah... I apologize. After hearing that Lady Youmu was coming to cook a meal, I held out on lunch..." she said with a red face. "It doesn't take long, so I'll make it now," Youmu giggled. "I'll just borrow your kitchen for a bit. You two stay here and take it easy," as she left for the kitchen. "Oh, Lady Youmu. I shall help however I can," Futo-chan called out as she went in after her. I heard their voices coming from the kitchen: "My lady..." "I'm fine. Go back and wait with him." "...Well, can you manage the preparations?" "Leave it to me!" They sounded like they were getting along. It seems it was a good thing that I introduced her to Youmu... to be continued
