Looking at the link for the hotpot, I'm too lazy to attempt to read it, but it doesn't look like there's a lot of food in that thing unless it's meant for only one or two people, or the hot pot is actually a three-course thing.

I may just be being fat though.

It had all sorts of stuff in it and looked really tasty! That Mt. Fuji lid looked super-heavy, though. Yuyu-sama's "I'm full" has to be fake, right? :-)

Since Yami-nabe is the last "joke" choice, I think the Western equivalent would be mulligan stew, which is frequently associated with hobos pooling their various ingredients together.
