It's sunny and almost completely clear, but my friend's human weather vane (an old surgery on her arm) is forecasting storms. Kogasa's powers are certainly at work here.

Looking at the official message board, I was amazed to see the contributions piling up so quickly. Some in there had doubts like Sanae-san had in the last strip, and even I had to wonder, so I'd have been thoroughly embarrassed if I'd written that in an email response. Even so, I was also grateful to see them meet their estimated sum in almost no time at all.

Reader-added tags include "Kogasa-san" (in English), "Praying for rain the U.S.?", and "You're famous, Kogasa-san".

And the survey today is:

I could buy a good PC if I had ¥160,000.

You can do quite well with a machine for less than 2k. (Maybe; I'm not computer savvy.)

My machine is decent and I payed 700 for it.

He can bust one out in 2 hours, but plans for 3. Uses a program I'm not familiar with, and he's uncannily good with pen control. Hardly one stray mark, hardly one undo.

What program? SAI Paint Tool? IllustStudio? ComicStudio?　I'm pretty sure he uses the latter two for the strips.

I've used SAI and Manga Studio/ComicStudio and I didn't recognize the interface, but that could just be a matter of localization, or him customizing his setup--I'll ask tomorrow.

As far as I know, I am the only Medicine cosplayer in North America, and the only one in the entire world who carries a Su-san.
