    Removing the Reimu tag, as there's nothing in the picture or artist's commentary to indicate it's her holding the razor.

    It probably is her, though (I'm just as sure of it as the rest of you); but there isn't enough of her on-screen to know for certain. For all we know, it could be Marisa about to teach her doppelganger a lesson.
