Yes, I'm aware of that, my main reason for flagging was that I didn't want to upload this image, and given the surprise of it coming up I was too hasty in giving my reasons for flagging it. My belief was that if the image was both a dupe and had been uploaded by mistake it would lead to a speedy removal, and after a quick glance at the two images and their filesizes I did believe it was a duplicate.
Ideally I'd still want the image deleted and I would have changed the flag after Ars' message, but as you can't do that I'm stuck with a flag that probably won't get the image removed.
