to be fair, the library in question is movable, it just takes a lot of force to move it, but I suppose "the great very hard to move but still movable library" wouldn't have as nice of a ring to it.

but even so, it can still be moved, hence why the name Great Unmoving Library doesn't really apply, since if the name were literal, you wouldn't be able to move it at all

its movable, but its not moving of its own volition, hence unmoving, not unmovable
