I could be wrong since I can't really translate the text on the pixiv page with this image, but I don't think this image is really fitting for the "Pray for Japan" pool since it's not, as far as I can tell, in reference to the 2011 Sendai disaster.

Rather, I think that this image is in regards to soccer or some sport, given the jersey she's wearing. As such, I'm going to remove it from the pool for now. If evidence comes to light that would place it into this pool again, please feel free to do so.

Also, the shirt is based on Japan's National Football (soccer) Team shirt.

But she lives in Canada now. Cheer for our women's team ;-;
