CopyCoyp"穚" seems to be an obscure character even in chinese and practically unknown in Japanese. Can somebody tell us what that character means (even though it was a error on the first part)?What an idiot I am... There is no Kanji like that in Japanese ...
The artist confused "橋" (bridge) and "稿" (draft/copy). "穚" is a fusion of both kanji. (The left radical is from "draft" and the right radical is from "bridge".)
