Yes and no. Yes: it looks exactly like that scene. And no: it's written "Lady America" down there so it might very well be genderswap. It solely depens on the intention the artist had. And LOL: it's true that there is no femalization to "captain" as it is a rank. Implying that womens cannot be "captains" and should stop at "lady"
