    I'm not sure. Madoka's witch form is extremely powerful. Plus, their personalities are different.

    Kyubey is not used to people demanding that he make them magical girls. Especially not men in their late twenties.

    From what I read on the Type Moon wiki, Kiritsugu was 34 when he died.
    EDIT: Which means that yes, he was 29 in Fate/Zero.
