It's foolish to try growing non-native plants that require constant watering and weeding and care. Just grow a native flower or some sort of herb like sage that'll grow everywhere even with minimal watering, and you'll save yourself plenty of hassle, and if they're poisonous flowers, they won't get eaten by the deer or rabbits like the "pretty flowers" that take too much effort to grow will be eaten.

As I said, Patchu knows the way - get a plant that'll take care of itself.

Actually, they're just the words from two different languages for the same type of plant.

And mandragora/mandrake are real plants that aren't creepy or magical (although they are hallucinogenic if ingested) and are close relatives of potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, chili and bell peppers.

True, true. I am growing cactus for... about 10 years already? I bought that little fella when I was in elementary school ^^' It's some decorative type with badass spikes like hooks.

But, some people just enjoy growing different plants and some gardening. You wouldn't have bonsai trees if everyone would went easy way.

I love those days of planting. Watering them everyday and patiently wait for them to grow <3
