Wow, 4 kg. That gave Kogasa-san back the weight she lost, and let her get an addition 2kg. From the look on Sanae-san's face, it looks like she gained just as much. Yuyuko-sama must be one of the few people that can escape Sanaelation, but she sure is flirting with it! Curiously, I don't know why, but panel three made me think of Kyubey; can't imagine why (must be the pink eyes).

For the poll, I don't think it's really possible to win against Yuyuko-sama, unless she wants you to win, and this Yuyuko-sama isn't taking it easy like a stage 1 boss.

I can't say for certain, but how about the 'fat man complex'?

It's where you don't want the 'fat man' you hang with to lose weight because that makes you feel fat. Of course, the 'fat man' doesn't have to be fat at all, and the complex can occur with any drop in weight... at all.
Alternatively it's where you are fat and you are envious of friends losing weight, but this doesn't seem to apply to Yuyuko-sama.

She was likely just being the troll we all love on a level similar to Normal-Yukari.

As to the poll, I'd like to get to know Youmu, honestly. Swords is a passion of mine and she is a swords instructor according to her profile (I think).

Slightly off-topic, I'd be quite amused if someone ended up putting a reverse translation tag on pictures with translation notes, that change already-English text into the picture's native language.
