If she officially uses one of Reimu's spells, then I totally called why she was unhappy when she first pulled them forever ago; Marisa canonically does not care for Reimu's combat style.

Also that's totally a Triforce between the charms.

Marisa has stolen spells and attacks from quite a few sources, so it really shouldn't come as much of a surprise that she knows some (or more likely all) of Reimu's techniques.

Divine rituals share quite a few things with arcane magic. If Marisa can copy the motions and incantations required to steal a spell from Patchy after a single viewing, she can probably recreate a Shinto ritual that she's seen Reimu use a dozen times.

On the surface Marisa could likely pass as a shrine maiden if she wanted to, with the knowledge that she has likely absorbed from being around Reimu (and to a lesser extent Sanae). Whether or not she has any faith to the gods is another story.

That's the problem, knowledge of the ritual and it's performance I can understand, the issue is the faith.
Divine Rituals use faith as their power source comparative to 'magical energy' or whatever that magic uses...
Marisa has absolutely no faith whatsoever in any of the Gensokyo gods...
Unless you follow that idea that Reimu (and the Hakurei Shrine Maidens before her) could be the god of the Hakurei shrine... in which case Marisa using the ritual is perfectly reasonable.

Effectively that, or rather she believes Reimu is what she is regardless of what she is. So she wouldn't have to acknoledge Reimu as anything other than Reimu...
But that's just an off concept that's been floating around... I haven't been able to ground it either way with my (limited) research. I just mentioned it because it came to mind.
