I don't think there is one, Hyder, at least not here. I've been watching the Utsuho tag religiously and I haven't seen anything long-running come up. Either there isn't another one, or they've been ignoring Okuu and therefore it has to suck.

There's the Charm 4komas by Bkub, among others. They're mostly comical and silly, but you may find an odd gem or two.
