These past 3 uploads under the Type-Moon tag appear to be the box art and/or posters for the Type-Moon 10 year anniversary BD box set. I managed to snag one of the first-printing editions in the couple hours they were available. I would suggest any fan of the company to check out the video online, as well as this particular collector's item.
