Nice. Having gone through Heisei Democracy's website I found out it's a garage kit. What does that mean exactly? can I buy it?

It means you can't buy it as a pre-constructed figure, but instead you have to get a package of prepared parts and assemble and paint it yourself. Not the easiest task.

Damn... I suck at painting. How on earth do they get such nice tones then? And there's no lumps or brush strokes in the paint either....
