I was about to ask "Is your partner allowed to drag the other team's partner out of the arena entirely?" but then I remembered what we're reading and felt stupid for wanting to ask.
Edit: Also, Suika will be outside of the barrier; that's probably not the smartest of things to do.

No, still heading out of the arena altogether. She just drove on past the Underground and Iku group, who came in through an entrance (where Yuugi rushed over from and grabbed giga-Suika just a few strips earlier). She's heading for that entrance.

It doesn't matter what Suika does to Okuu as long as she's nowhere near the ring and thus can't intervene on Sakuya's behalf.

Yeah, but Sakuya also is severely weakened. Probably moreso than Tenshi.

I was thinking of oni mist, which Suika probably wouldn't attempt because of what happened to Four of a Kind. It's not certain whether the mist counts as increased surface area, but Okuu wouldn't be able to stop some Suika from returning to the edge of the barrier, then the ring, if in mist form.
Required edit: a less-than-full size Suika, composed of however much oni mist evaded Okuu, would compose itself outside of the barrier and charge the ring normally. Removing part of the combat from the barrier should be considered a violation imho.

She'd go poof as soon as she re-entered the barrier.
Thanks to Unzan, we know that the barrier actually extends through the backstage area. So they're still well inside it as far as attempting mist form goes.
As far as bouncing goes, that's to protect the audience... Okuu's smartly taken the path out of the arena that doesn't have a force field. People have entered and exited freely that way during matches before.
Assuming Suika doesn't counter, it'll come down to Tenshi and Sakuya. And I really don't think Tenshi, without Okuu to play off of, has it in her to win.
Even more than Suika, Tenshi sees the tournament as a mere diversion.
I don't think that really matters so much now... this fight has had a theme of partnership throughout it. Right now, Suika has to trust that her partner can finish this without her, and I don't see Tenshi just casually throwing away the opportunity her partner has just given her (especially after Okuu has just rescued her from being pinned twice with impressive moves).
The fact that Okuu yelled an attack name has gotten surprisingly little attention. Quick search indicates that it would be a meteor shower associated with a certain comet. That opens up some speculation, maybe Suika split to try and escape the hold?

Or, Okuu named her special attacks after celestial bodies and events, like her spellcards.

Well, the meteor shower would clearly be the Leonids from the name. All meteor showers are associated with comets (the only regularly renewing source of debris in the path of the planet). I believe the Leonids are from Tuttle.
