Remi, are you are seriously asking why the ruler of all the insects living in Gensokyo (which Wriggle is presented as in this story) isn't given a seat at this meeting of leaders? I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to snub someone who has dominion over every insect, poisonous and non-poisonous, living in just my neighborhood alone, nevermind every insect in an entire country (it's actually worse than just insects, too; according to Bohemian Rhapsody in Red, she can also control spiders, which means arachnids fall into her dominion as well).

Wriggle is actually seriously dangerous outside of Spellcard duels because she can summon poisonous insects that are microscopic in size and swarm you with them before you even realize you're screwed. She could destroy crops everywhere just by calling up huge swarms of locusts and other harmful pests. Fortunately for the rest of Gensokyo, she suffers from the same information-retention problems that other insects suffer from (re - her mind automatically discards information that she doesn't consider presently relevant, so she can come off as forgetful or scatterbrained).
