I'd say that doesn't make sense, but let's face it. They're already sucking on detachable breasts from someone who had a genderswap forced on them to comply with Haruhi's worldview. In comparison to that this is almost normal.

At this point, how to tag stuff like this is confusing as all get out. I could definitely use some help.

I would say that Mikuru is a somewhat special case. She still looks mostly the same, she just has her detachable breasts and apparently a giant dick.

Koizumi is obviously fully swapped, as is Kyonko. Mikuru seems to be somewhere in the middle. As such though I'd err towards just keeping it as a simple Mikuru tag, rather than Mitsuru or whatever the genderswaps name is.

So are those like magical boobs that are still functional even when detached?
Or are they more like prosthetics? Like oppai balls?

Only Haruhi knows for sure. Well maybe Yuki too.
