I am guessing a Type97 Automatic Cannon. Used by the Japanese during WWII to destroy tanks. Wasn't a rocket launcher but a big ass rifle.

But the badge on the girl's right arm seems to be a France flag, guess it would be a French rifle.

Judging by the butt, I'd say a modified PGM Hécate II (also known as Fallout New Vegas' best rifle) or a PGM 338.

A mistake of the author if it's the latter, the 338 isn't used by the French army.

Are we sure that's a PIAT? I don't remember the round sitting that far forward, and to my knowledge, the PIAT had that rest on the barrel.

It looks like one, but the artist takes some liberties. The support is missing, the sights are wrong and you wouldn't try to fire a PIAT from your shoulder standing up, because the recoils first of the strong spring and then of the propellant charge would throw you on your back. Remember: THIS ISN'T A ROCKET LAUNCHER! It's a spigot-gun!

@lookingfrank: The girl wears Indian camo and badge (green/white/orange, not blue/white/red). So this should be the indigenous Vidhwansak anti-material-rifle (with some artistic liberties).
