Whatever it is, it's damn ugly. I'm not sure if the artist simply lacks experience with armored vehicles or if it's intentional; both seem probable for this tank.
If you haven't guessed it yet, SOVIET TANKS ARE UGGGLYYY

    Yep they are but
a KV-2 owned a entire battalion of tanks by itself in Rasyeinyia battle like 12 trucks and half of the battalion Pz35(t)

Because tanks are meant for battle, not for military displays. "Powerful & easy to produce" outweights good looks.

Speaking of looks, this art style confuses me. How're they getting into those tanks?

Which couldn't be produced fast enough and required a large amount of resources. It also was a heavy tank opposed to the T-34 which is a Medium tank. If one were to compare a soviet tank to the Tiger it would have to be the IS ( the KV-series pre-dates the Tiger )

The IS-2 entered production at about the same time the Tiger stopped being produced (as it was then replaced by the Tiger II). Its actually more accurate to say that the Soviets didn't have a heavy tank to match the Tiger, as they saw heavy tanks as an expensive luxury as opposed to a tactical necessity.

    IS-1 + IS-2 produced from 1943 to 1945
Tiger produced from 1942 to summer 1944
Tiger II produced Januari 1944 to march 1945

I didn't state IS-2, I said IS as in the original version which was produced beside the Tiger 1 and fought against Tiger tanks's a lot more than Tiger II, mostly because of the low number of tiger II's produced.

The first IS versus Tiger battle occurred on the first of March 1944. 1 IS-1 was destroyed and two were crippled after the German Tigers opened fire at a distance of 1500 to 1800 meters. Two Tiger tanks were damaged. More IS-1s were damaged by artillery and field guns and as a result, the Soviet military demanded higher armor quality and the cancellation of the 85mm gun.
The IS-2 was more successful. The 72nd regiment took part in fighting near Obertin between April 20 and May 10 and destroyed 41 Tiger I and Ferdinand tanks (it should be noted, however, that all German tank destroyers were labeled Ferdinand by the Soviets, most likely the Ferdinands were Stug IIIs in reality). Only 8 IS-2s were lost in the battle.
