When I was a kid, this complex was my playground. It's featured on TV now and then, so I think there may be people who know about it.

There's a vegetable field and a fish pond on the roof as well. I get the feeling there were goats up there too, but I don't know if they've been around recently. Way back when, there was an underground parking lot like a hand-dug cave, but as you'd expect, it seems they filled it in.

This time, I thought it would be more interesting to show you the real thing, which is why the background in panel 1 is a photograph.

Regarding the poll: Offhand, I'd go with Suika's house, but I don't really know where Mokou lives.

Mokou lives in a shack in the bamboo forest. Does Suika even have a house?

Well, the SDM would be my top choice. I hear the rent there can be killer though. So, from the poll choices, it would have to be Alice's house.

That place looks... interesting. I'm sure I'd have to see it in person to fully appreciate it, though. I'd like to see all the fun things on the rooftop, I bet that would be a lot of fun!

For the poll, Alice's house. I'd try to get her to teach me how to make dolls, and maybe how to control them with magic.

I'm glad I wasn't the only person who thought that. One of the stairways on the left side of that picture looks like it had collapsed completely.

Catching back up on Kogasa-san after all these years, I can't help but comment -- this building really reminds me of Seattle's own Pike Place Market in the level of entropy that has manifested over the decades.

Since the old link to Japan Tourist is dead, I replaced it with an Atlas Obscura one so the general idea is imparted to the reader of that translation note.
