Please take care to make the notes obscure as little of the pic as possible, that generally means the smallest bounding box of the text, unless the text is particularly unwieldy (ie. skewed, tilted or very big) or there exist natural boundaries for the note (such as a rectangular dialogue box in a game screenshot). I corrected the notes sizes in this post. Also, make sure you're logged in when committing notes, that makes reviewing the changes much easier.
