I don't believe there is, since if you searched for "shiny" and "swimsuit" you would also get instances of "shiny skin" even if the swimsuits themselves were not shiny. So there would be a lot of manual filtering to do.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only way to get what you want is if there were an existing tag for "shiny swimsuit"...
