    I've translated half of it as well as I can. It's certainly not textbook stuff, so I'm having a bit of fun discovering the double-meaning.

    I'll do the rest as soon as time allows, unless someone else wants to take over.

    I've done all I can to translate this. I don't want to guess at the three remaining sentences because I'd likely get them wrong. (e. g., one sentence seems to translate to "Brief Love House" - is that a love hotel?)

    Please improve it where you can.

    I changed one of the notes to say "Transformation's Beginning", as I believe that specific note is referring to the person as being the monster's base.

    Fixed "Dendoro" to "Dendro", part of the codename for one of the Gundams (デンドロビウム, Dendrobium, which is the name of a type of orchid).

    NP. Also, calling the poison center the "dendro" center probably comes from it containing "dendrotoxins", although this is just a guess.
