    Yamaguchi Noboru was only 41. He was diagnosed with cancer in February 2011 and succumbed on April 4, 2013.

    Fuck cancer.

    Sad indeed. At the very least his work actually has an ending, even if it was in the anime adaptation only (He worked with the staff so I guess it's now the "canon" end).

    It's so sad that he fight so hard to survive and to complete his work,
    but in the end he couldn't make it. RIP
