A manga just about Hourai and Shanghai? YES.

I'd be very interested in seeing this one translated. If the dolls are the main characters it probably won't be too dialogue heavy anyways.

Is it just me or is Hourai mistagged as Shanghai on a lot of the pages? This cover shows that Shanghai has long sleeves but the doll appearing most of the time has short sleeves, indicating that it's actually Hourai.

I think in this it's the other way around considering how Hourai's the lesser used doll than Shanghai. That or the artist got mixed up, but either way there's plenty of adorable doll antics in this comic.

Well, 2/3 of dialogues is "Shangha~i". Not that it's a bad thing :3

The doll with the red dress is Shanghai (see IN, IaMP)

It's stuff like this that makes me feel sorry for Hourai.

true though I think fanon might have inverted it considering in most fanworks it's the other way around.

I wish we saw Hourai more after they got home.

'Fanon' what? This very site's wiki says Hourai is generally red, meaning that Shanghai would be the blue one. Artists can certainly use a red Shanghai whenever they want but it's not the norm.

I won't dwell on it, cute dolls are cute. I must note for some odd reason this doujin's sequels haven't been scanned at all to my knowledge. (according to doujin-mugi, there's about 5-6 of them)

Well, there are quite a lot of doujin books that slip through the cracks. I can understand that, though, making good scans is tedious and requires destroying the book.
