I'm confused.
If Kaname Madoka is the boss of the "Kaname Family" and those other guys wanted to punish the faker, then who were they?
Or was this post #1378942 a minstranslation and they just wanted to kill the Kaname boss, be it real or a faker, because Kaname is opposing THEM?

I was wondering but judging from the last guys reaction to realizing who Madoka was I am guessing they may have been fakers as well. Or some guy trying to get recognition from the Kaname family

The mob men seem like mooks from a family allied to the Kaname. They want to make an example of those who pretend to be the Kaname family :3

So the lady wasn't actually named Sayaka and was only pretending to be her alongside her boyfriend masquerading as Madoka?

I'm sure this knowledge will anger Homura greatly over the implications.

Maybe the dialogue of the mob from earlier is about he is going to kill the faker to lure out the real Kaname family boss. But thats just me guessing with cliched drama mafia/gang fight story...

That was pretty much what I took from it all. Those assholes were enemies of the Kaname family looking to send a message by killing those two who tried to pass themselves off as members of the family. And they paid the price.
