Took me awhile for that last panel the second kanji. It has 2 meanings that are very similar. First one is "precious object/stone or jewel". The second which is funnier and true that has a similar meaning is "testicles".

So babies come from precious objects or in reality men's testicles, I'm not making this up that's what it says.

Well, the testicles are very precious for a man, just like the cooch is very precious for a woman, so the phrase is completely right.
