It's just the artist's choice of hue or reflection of the surroundings. Same with the shirt and hair. Also, look at the artist's other works before jumping to conclusions. When artists subtly include pee, it's usually because they've illustrated it before in a more obvious manner. In general, you pee where your suppose to, or when you can't hold it in and lose control. Facial cues should be taken into account in both cases. Usually, you'd see a sign of relief, fright, or embarrassment. None are present here.
