I wonder where the Sayaka=Dog, Madoka=Cat trend started, and if there was some thought put into it other then it looks cute.

I guess Sayaka's a dog because she's loyal, a constant companion who loves her best friend above all else?

And Madoka's a cat because...she's cute?
