This is from a C82 Alicesoft illustration book. I have no idea who the artist for this is.

Well....I can't translate japanese so I'm not sure, but I found a site that lists the artists in this book....or a least a picture listing the artists.

Under Alice's staff the artist for this pic is 4 down from the top, 2 above the Genshi artist's name. Found that out from a table of contents scan from another site.
