If you're talking about weretiger or any other types of human-feline hybrid, then they appeared in basically every culture which have large cats in their environment(read: everywhere except Oceania.)
As the kanji would suggests, Jinko is just a generic cover-all term for weretiger without specification to its origins, in the same way Jingyo is a generic cover-all Japanese word for mermaids from every countries.
