The comic is a reference to a Korean colloquial term for an exhibitionist, "바바리맨" (Burberry Man) because there is a conception those who are wearing Burberry long coat are not wearing anything under it and suddenly flip off the jacket to show off their "manhood."

Although in this comic she's claims to be wearing white panties, I think that's what it's about.

It actually says that Ashe picked it for her, not lent, though I have no idea where I read "white" because nowhere in text does it say that.
