As long as I am here, I try to translate all the touhou Chinese stuff. I'm sure there are others who can translate also. Don't lose hope so easily.

In fact, I think there are more japanese untranslated touhou than chinese untranslated touhou. Which is too bad really.

The problem is not in them being untranslatable.
Bomber Grape is not chinese and chances of him releasing it in this language are pretty nonexistent. Thus this, in fact, is a hard-translated copy.
