I dunno what to gauge their age but they even seem smaller than regular so I want to think they're just kids too! Bisharp...for shame.

With how they seem to act on their first appearances as well as Banette's whole Doll orign story, I too will conclude they must kid pokemon. I wanna see them hang out with Princess Lilligant.
