Dunno. Seems like something quite acceptable for this seeing it's a COMIC, SANS forgetting the real reason of the typeface's hate is its inappropriate usage in non-comic contexts.
The real fault here is using it on a hard translated version of a comic that has already been here for three years unless there is something I'm missing.

Dunno. The real fault is most probably those three dots, just after a point. Or those two exclamations marks without a space between them. Or the fact that some bubbles are unbalanced.
