That depends on her energy reserves. We have no reason to believe Wakasagihime has such an abundance of energy compared to monsters like Yukari or Reimu who fly (or in Reimu's case, Float) forever like it was nothing. Chen for example being one of the weaker characters, especially when away from Ran.

Flying is normal in Gensokyo, so it probably wouldn't be out of the ordinary for her to fly for as long as she wants to or have a hard time trying to stay airborne.
However, the humans of the village cannot fly, so this would be the best way she could visit. You can see that she loves the children so this would be very practical for her to spend time with them.
