Pretty sure it was mentioned somewhere earlier in the show that they're related.

They're cousins, I figured we mostly used incest to tag more direct relations (siblings, parent/child) but it depends how you define it. The wiki is vague.

It's "incest" only for Americans and a few others, most of the planet is OK with that.
