    I don't know how much this might help, but according to Moonspeaker, "This is a reward in our industry" is "an idiom used ironically for behavior most might find negative or off-putting, but that people with certain tastes or fetishes find favorable." (https://danbooru.donmai.us/comments/1793984/) This fits what appears to be happening in the image: Satori's third eye is blatantly giving away her disgust at the person she's observing, but since that person is a masochist, that disgust is greatly appreciated.
