Personally, I prefer daikon over majority of the other vegetables I can find.

Ohhh, tough choice...Cabbage is good, I think in Menudo? Potato's are amazing because of their versatility, Cherry Tomato's are great because you can just pick them fresh and eat them as they are, kinda like grapes if you ask me. The shape of a Cherry Tomato reminds me of a white grape instead of cherries, broccoli is good steamed or dipped in melted cheese. I've had all of those veggies, but my favorite has to be the Cherry Tomato. It's the easiest to eat, just pick it and eat! Plus it's juicy!
