Ooookay. So this got removed from the Nightmare Fuel pool.

On the one hand, the creepy tag doesn't seem to be for pictures like this.

On the other hand, it's obviously intended to be intimidating (mainly to make the 2nd panel funnier).

I'm not sure whether the creepy tag, Nightmare Fuel pool, or something else would fit best here, if anything.

That works. I thought that was supposed to indicate that the characters in the pic were intimidated more than the audience, but a lotta examples there quality for the audience too. D:

Now all we need is a derivative work of this image to keep the Kagerou wagon rolling.
