Though oddly, strong enough to smash a wo-class elite in the official tenryuu kindergarten manga. Some have voiced their complaints about that, but apparently Torpedo Squadron Chronicle tenryuu is pretty badass.

Oh, that's actually completely normal. Tenryuu have enough firepower to one-shot a Wo-class Elite through her armor just fine as long as you equip her with 2 CL-grade main guns. And that's in Day Battle.
