    I wouldn't class calling a little girl "cute" as hitting on them, but then again I have this thing called "common sense". I'm just questioning the sort of compliment chosen.

    The issue is that we have been saturated by the internet so much that I suspect most of us are losing a lot of that "common sense" you speak of.
