Serious question here: what is so bad about this picture?

I'm asking because over the last few days, my posting quality has apparently nosedived and I'm getting deletions right and left. Someone was bothered enough by this post to score it down (presently sitting at -1), and I'm genuinely curious as to why. Despite the fact that they are not the focus of the image and are located at the bottom edge, are the obscured, blurry hands that bad that they really kill this post? Is the shading too "wispy?" Not sexy or interesting enough? Hatred for Touhou and/or Nue? Are there new minimum quality guidelines that I'm not aware of?

I posted this picture because I thought it looked neat, and was similiar in quality to the other works by this artist (who, so far, has no deleted posts). It's not my intention to waste people's time or invoke anger on purpose.
